Accusation is of demand of extortion through mobile. Initially the SIM which was used for demanding extortion was registered in the name of Sikandar Mandal when subsequently the SIM was registered in the name of the mother of this petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and even assuming the accusation no case under Section 386 I.P.C. is made out.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
