JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 15-07-2013 Petitioners are languishing in custody since 30.11.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B) AC/26(1)(ii)/35 of the Arms Act. From the hutment of the petitioners semi finished arms and ammunitions were recovered.
A supplementary affidavit has been filed to the effect that petitioners have no criminal antecedent when the petitioner disowns the hutment from which the recovery has been made and other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 17325 of 2013.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ad-hoc
