Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Rajoun P.S. case no. 121/2011 registered under sections 341, 342, 323, 376, 504, 506/34 of the IPC.

According to the prosecution case itself, petitioner is daughter of brother of the husband of the informant and it is stated that she facilitated other accused to commit rape on minor daughter of the informant by closing the door from outside of the room and except the aforesaid allegation, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that co-accused Sargun Das, against whom there is allegation of rape, has already been granted regular bail by the court below itself.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let
