	appellant after trying his level best ultimately conceded not to
	challenge conviction of the solitary appellant for the offence under
	section 376 of the I.P.C. by 2^ndAdditional Sessions Judge, Fast
	Track Court, Supaul in Sessions Trial No. 39 of 2009 arising out
	of Supaul P.S. Case No. 1 of 2008, G.R. No. 2 of 2008, but
	pressed for reduction in sentence which has been awarded as R.I.
	for Ten years and fine of Rs. 10,000/-, half of the amount is to go
	to the victim and in default of payment he is to serve further four months R.I.

After going through the materials available and finding substance in submission, sentence awarded is modified only subject to deposit of fine of Rs. 20,000/- out of which Rs. 15,000/- is to go to the victim to seven years R.I.

It is further made clear that in the event of non deposit
