This application has been filed for review of the order dated 11.04.2012 in C.W.J.C. No. 5306 of 2012.
Referring to the records of the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that 16.10.2007 was the date the benefit of ACP was granted. It was annulled by order dated 14.07.2011. The statement in paragraph-1 of the writ application to the contrary was an inadvertent error. He invites the attention of the Court to Annexures- 3 and 4 of the writ petition in support of

The order dated 11.04.2012 is modified to the extent that the date 16.10.2007 mentioned in that order at both pages be corrected to read as 14.07.2011.
