6 07-11-2012 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Earned Leave of 216 days and arrears of pension from August 1999 to May 2003 and benefits of computation of pension in respect of deceased husband of the petitioner is still due.

However, on the record there is no application making such a claim pursuant to the general order passed by this Court by which writ application was disposed of. There is no affidavit also on the record in this respect.

In the circumstances, this Court does not consider it appropriate to continue with the contempt proceeding. The

application is accordingly disposed of.

However, petitioner will be at liberty to file a formal application in respect of the said grievances before the District Education Officer, Banka within one month from today. If such an application is filed, the District Education Officer shall see to it that the legitimate dues in respect of the deceased husband of the petitioner are calculated and paid to the petitioner in terms of the orders passed in the writ application as early as possible.
