There seems to be some cogent reason for doing so.
In view of the same, stand of the petitioner that the certificate was already verified earlier in 2008 cannot be accepted on the face value.
This contempt application is hereby disposed of with a direction that necessary verification will be made by the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board and communicate their decision
