Mr. Pradhan learned senior counsel on going through the averments made in the show cause fairly states that the appeal of the petitioner has been considered and disposed of by an order appended along with the show cause. He, therefore, submits that the matter be disposed of granting the petitioner liberty to assail the aforesaid order in accordance with law.
