ORAL ORDER
2 18-07-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
This application has been filed for restoration of
C.W.J.C. No. 6070 of 2005 which stood dismissed for want of
prosecution.
On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this
application the same is allowed and C.W.J.C. No. 6070 of 2005 is
restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that
a cost of Rs.500/- (Five Hundred Rupees) is deposited by the
petitioner in the coffer of Bihar State Legal Services Authority,
Patna within two weeks.
