3	CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA VERMA ORAL ORDER 15-05-2012 The prayer in the writ petition that the petitioners have not
	been paid compensation though the possession has been taken over of
	the land acquired under the Railway Act, 1989.
	Learned counsel for the Railways Mr. Sunil Kumar Ravi as well as Mr. Krishna Chandra, J.C. to A.C submitted that the award has
	been made and notices have been issued to the individual person of the compensation.

In view of this submission, the petitioners are relegated to receive the amount of compensation and thereafter to respond the notice for receiving the award and if it is acceptable to the petitioners, the same shall be paid within a month even under protest. Representation of the petitioners shall also be decided before the payment of the compensation by the competent authority.

Petition is disposed of with the above observation.
