The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 20.1.2012 cancelling her contract appointment as a Grade-A Nurse posted at Primary Health Centre at Nawadah. The contract provided inter alia that in case of failure to comply orders it could be terminated at any time. The petitioner acknowledges issuance of a show cause notice alleging poor performance in discharge of duties and submission of explanation by her.
