After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner proposes to apply for mutual transfer so that he may have the benefit of coming back to the State of Bihar when he has been allotted the Jharkhand cadre.
Requests for mutual transfer stand on an entirely different footing and have their own guidelines fixed in the criteria for cadre allocation.
If a request is submitted by the petitioner jointly with his companion for mutual transfer, it is expected to be considered in accordance with the guidelines expeditiously without unnecessary delay.
The application is disposed.
