Learned counsel for the University from the counter affidavit submits that the case of the petitioner is under consideration, certain documents have been asked for from him. Despite a reminder he had not submitted the same. No sooner that the documents are submitted an appropriate decision in accordance with law shall be taken.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that he shall be advising his client to furnish the necessary documents forthwith.
It is expected that the University shall take an appropriate decision in accordance with law within a maximum period of four months from the date that the petitioner furnishes the documents.
The writ application stands disposed.
