ORAL ORDER
3 17-10-2012 This writ petition has been filed for quashing the
order contained in Memo No.1324 dated 15.06.2011 (Annexure-3)
whereby petitioner has been put under suspension.
Petitioner is under suspension. If the Charge-sheet
has not been served the same shall be served within fifteen days
and petitioner shall also submit his reply within one month.
Enquiry Officer is directed to conclude the enquiry within one and
half months, thereafter the Punishing Authority shall consider the
report and pass appropriate order within fifteen days thereafter,
failing which the suspension order shall stand revoked.
With the above direction, this writ petition is
disposed of.
