3 19-09-2012 Learned counsel for the petitioner expresses regret for not appearing in the matter yesterday.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the Bihar State Housing Board.

Petitioner made necessary deposit for allotment of a plot by the Housing Board way back on 14.12.1972, 27.12.1978. It is submitted that inspite of such deposit till date the plot has not been allotted to the petitioner in any of its Housing Colony i.e. Bahadurpur or Kankarbagh. It is submitted that so many vacant plots are available which can be allotted to the petitioner and for such purpose petitioner has filed representation dated 13.8.2012, Annexure-4.

Let the Managing Director consider the request of the petitioner contained in representation dated 13.8.2012
