2 31-08-2012 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of Clause-8 of the agreement no.TSC/13/2006-07 dated 30.07.2006, as contained in Annexure-1, he raised a dispute before the Collector through an application dated 19.09.2011, as contained in Annexure-5/A. However, he submits that, till today, the Collector has not examined the matter and has not taken a decision.

This writ application is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Collector to entertain the application of the petitioner dated 19.09.2011 in terms of the said Clause-8 of the agreement and pass his final orders, after hearing the parties,
