2 14-12-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the State and for Bihar Staff Selection Commission.

The petitioners do not figure in the list of 34,540 persons approved for appointment as Primary Teachers under advertisement No.210/10 as approved by the Supreme Court. No Court of Law can entertain objections with regard to the non-inclusion in terms of the mandate of the Supreme Court.

But the aggrieved have been granted the liberty to file representations so that they are not aggrieved by any errors that may have been committed insofar as future vacancies are considered.

Needless to add that the respondents are obliged to consider the objections in accordance with law so that the petitioners are not prejudiced in context of future vacancies subject to otherwise fulfilling the eligibility requirements that may be prescribed.
