The petitioner is stated to be Seasonal DDT Sprayer seeking direction to be considered for inclusion in the panel being prepared for appointment on Class IV post pursuant to Advertisement No. 1 of 2012.

Reliance is placed on an order in CWJC No. 13281 of 2012 and analogous cases disposed on 2.8.2012 giving direction for consideration in light of a government policy decision dated 29.6.2011 following on earlier order in CWJC No. 11798 of 2011.

In so far as the interim directions in CWJC No. 13281 of 2012 and analogous cases is concerned the present application it is held to be qualified by the same direction as contained in CWJC Nos. 14250 and 14251 of 2012.
