3 09-08-2012 Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the
writ petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioners
are working since more than 15 years as daily wager under Work
Charge Establishment, their regularization of service shall be
considered in view of law laid down by the Apex Court in the case
of Secretary, State of Karnataka versus Uma Devi and others
reported in 2006(2) PLJR (SC) 363 at para 53 and in the case of
Koshi Project Worker’s Association versus State of Bihar reported
in 2007(1) PLJR 358, within a period of two months from the date
of receipt/production of a certified copy of this order.
