3 24-07-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents- Bihar State Electricity Board and its authorities.

This writ has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:-

(i) Issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, order or direction, directing and commanding the respondents to revise the pay scale of the petitioner in view of pay commission and consequent

upon fixation of revised pay scale of the petitioner, pay arrears of earned leave, gratuity, pension etc. to the petitioner.

(ii) Further direction on respondents to pay overtime allowance pay since 01.03.1996 to 30.06.2007.

(iii) Lastly direction be issued to the respondents to pay interest permissible under Rules.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had been filing his applications for the said claims before the authorities concerned and lastly on 09.04.2012 also he filed an application before the Chairman of the Board, but no heed is being paid to the legal grievances of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Chairman of the Board along with the aforesaid application as well as a fresh application giving details of his claims along with a copy of this order within fifteen days from today. If such an application is filed by the petitioner, the said authority shall consider the same in accordance with law and shall decide it by a speaking order within three months thereafter.
