2 13-07-2012 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, the State and the Bihar Staff Selection Commission. It is acknowledged that the name of the petitioner does not figure in the list of 34540 persons approved by the Supreme Court to be considered for appointment of Primary School Teachers. The Supreme Court has prohibited any Court of law from entertaining any objection with regard to non inclusion in the list.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents that his session during which he obtained the training qualification from Magadh University at Bodh Gaya has been wrongly entered by the respondents and which may prejudice him in future.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have in fact misplaced his original application.

surely he must be in possession of acknowledgement for the same. If he produces the same before the Commission along with a copy of the objection with regard to mentioning of the wrong session, the Commission shall examine the same in light of the orders of the Supreme Court with regard to future vacancy subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria as may be laid down for future vacancy.
The writ application stands disposed.
