2 02-07-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly acknowledges that her name does not figure in the list of 34,540 teachers for appointment on the post of elementary teachers. It is also acknowledged that the Supreme Court has prohibited any Court of Law from entertaining any grievance with regard to non-inclusion in the list. But it is submitted that the very same order grants liberty to represent and to be considered in respect of grievances so that consideration against any future vacancy is not prejudiced. The petitioner has wrongly been treated as a general candidate contrary to her O.B.C. category.

Learned counsel for the State and the Staff Selection Commission have no objection to the disposal of this application for consideration of grievances to the extent that she is considered for her appropriate reserved category with regard to any future vacancy subject to her fulfilling the terms and conditions of eligibility as may be prescribed in such proposed advertisement.
The writ application stands disposed.
