JUSTICE JAYANANDAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 5 30-07-2012 Learned counsel for the Central Bank of India, on instruction, submits that petitioner has indeed paid all outstanding dues of the Bank with interest and also amount of interest on the sale price deposited by the auction purchaser in the Bank. Now no further amount is due with the Bank. In the circumstances, this writ application is allowed. The Bank is directed to hand over the possession of property of petitioner with ‘no dues certificate’ and also other security, as may be in possession of the Bank, positively within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
