8. 20-09-2012 After some argument, Sri Sushil Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Tara Nand Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of complainant/opp. party no. 2, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the points, which have been raised in the present petition, at appropriate stage.
It was argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that marriage of petitioner no. 1 with complainant/opp. party no. 2 has already come to an end

by a judicial order and as such, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no purpose would be served in allowing the prosecution to further proceed.
Be that as it may, all the points can be raised by
