ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 3 06-12-2012 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the entire proceeding including the order dated 8.11.2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Muzaffarpur in Complaint case No.392 of 2004 Trial No.3409 of 2011, by which he has permitted the Complainant to lead evidence under Section 311 Cr.P.C. The case of the Complainant is that he had given friendly loan to the Petitioner to the tune of Rs.50,000/- but despite many reminders and his undertaking to do so he did not return the same. It was in these circumstances that the complaint was filed.
