This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.11.2010 passed in Criminal Revision No.157 of 2010 by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Banka by which he has rejected the criminal revision application and upheld the order dated 11.3.2010 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Banka in Complaint Case No.2126 of 2007 by which he has dismissed the complaint petition under section 203 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
