Letters Patent Appeal No.729 of 2012:
The appointment of the appellant as Anganbari Sevika in Supaul Municipal Area was questioned by the respondent no.3. Her claim for such appointment has been upheld by the authority below and the learned single Judge on the ground that she belonged to the dominant populace of the area and that she was wrongly held to be ineligible for appointment by the concerned authority. Therefore, this Appeal.
We see no merit in this Appeal. Appeal is dismissed
in limine.
