Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has now obtained certificate from the Circle Officer showing all the members of the family of the deceased employee and that certificate along with affidavit and claim by all the members of the deceased employee shall be filed before the Patna Municipal Corporation so that cheque may be issued in favour of the authorized/ nominated heirs who will receive money on behalf of all the heirs. The aforesaid stand of the petitioner appears to be

reasonable. If those steps are taken and certificate of the Circle officer showing all the family members of the deceased employee is filed on affidavit along with prayer by all the heirs for preparing the draft or cheque in the name of one of the heirs, the Municipal Corporation shall act on that basis and issue a draft/cheque for the admitted dues without any delay and in any case within two weeks of filing of the said
affidavit.
