The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to alleged forcible intrusion into his lands in Village Surauli, Bibhutipur Circle, District Samastipur, for construction of road even while after measurement encroachment has been found on the other side of the road which has not been interfered with.
Counsel for the parties are agreed that this application may be disposed in similar terms and with like directions as contained in CWJC No. 2490 of 2010. The time period for filing of such representation as mentioned therein in so far as the present petitioner is concerned, shall
be computed as four weeks from today.
The writ application stands disposed.
