Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
learned counsel for the State.
On the own showing of the petitioner from his pleadings in Annexure-9, his nomination bore the wrong constituency number.
The grievance that the constituency number was changed contrary to law and that the petitioner was not at fault are matters which can more appropriately
be examined in an election petition.
The writ application stands disposed.
