Heard learned counsel for the petitioner
and the Magadh University.
The petitioner claims to have passed the Part-I examination in the year 1993, Part-II in 1995 and ultimately passed the Part-III examination in 1999. He was student in the B.A. (Hons) course at the S.N.S. College, Tekari at Gaya for the session 1992-95. He desires publication of his final results and issuance of original certificate.
There is no explanation in the writ application why he has chosen to move nearly 11 years later. Rather than to require the University to file a counter affidavit, the writ application is disposed with observations that let the University spare time in hunting out old records and endeavour to publish the result of the petitioner, but in accordance with law, within a preferable period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a

copy of this order.
The petitioner is permitted to supplement his representation as he may be advised and the Court expects the University to appropriately
consider the same.
The writ application stands disposed.
