3/ 19/05/2011 In view of the alternative remedy of appeal available against the order of cancellation of the P.D.S. licence dated 5.7.2010 leave is sought to withdraw the application to pursue the alternative remedy.
If such an appeal is filed within 30 days, let the same be considered without going into issues of limitation and dispose off within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production the same.
Nothing in the present order shall be deemed or construed as an opinion or observation of the Court on the merits of the matter which remains to
be decided by the appellate authorities in his discretion, but in accordance with law.
