The claim in this application is to be considered for grant of A.C.P. on the post of Horticulture Inspector which has been rejected by an order dated 6.5.2010.

It is submitted that the petitioners are one of the five

persons out of twelve mentioned in the impugned order. Two others at serial-4 and 11 of the impugned order came to this Court earlier in C.W.J.C. No.5589/10 and 5690/10 disposed on 8.9.2011. The order dated 6.5.2010 was set aside and the matter remanded to the Director, Horticulture with directions.

For like reasons as discussed in C.W.J.C. No.5589/10 and 5690/10, the impugned order dated 6.5.2010 is likewise set aside and the matter remanded to the Director, Horticulture to proceed in accordance with the directions contained in the aforesaid orders of the Court to be complied with within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/presentation of a copy of this order.
