This matter has been listed under the heading “for orders” on a motion slip filed that the only relief sought for is for disposal of the representation dated 20.12.2008, as contained in annexure-8.
When the matter is called out, learned counsel submits that the counsel’s communication on behalf of the petitioner, at Annexure-8, may be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and only
prays for appropriate orders to dispose the representation.
This Court, therefore, simply directs for disposal of the representation of the petitioner at annexure-8 by respondent No.2 in accordance with law.
Let the same be done within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court
has not gone into the merits of the matter at all which shall remain in the entire discretion of the respondents to be exercised in their wisdom while disposing the representation by respondent No.2.
