The challenge in this writ application is to the order of transfer dated 30.6.2008. From the pleadings it is apparent that the petitioner was posted at Bhagalpur since 1982 from where he has now been transferred to Madhepura. The ground of impending retirement is stated to be 31.1.2011.
The writ application is wholly frivolous. It is accordingly dismissed.
