The submission is that though 2nd time
bound promotion has been granted, actual monetary
benefit of the same remains elusive.
If the Respondents have granted 2nd time
bound promotion to the petitioner, it is unfortunate that the petitioner has to come under Article 226 of the Constitution asking it to act as an Executing Court.
Let the respondents consider and grant the
actual monetary dues of the 2nd time bound promotion to the petitioner in accordance with law within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt and/or production of a copy of the order.
The writ application stands disposed.
