2 04.02.2009 This matter has been listed out of turn on a motion slip filed that the petitioner did not wish to argue the matter on merit but wanted an order simpliciter for disposal of his representation.
When the case is called out learned Counsel for the petitioner reiterates that he does not press the writ application on merit but only seeks appropriate orders for disposal of the fresh representation proposed to be filed by respondent no. 4 .
In view of the limited prayer made this writ application is disposed with directions to the concerned respondent to decide the representation in accordance with law within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt and/or presentation of a copy of this order.
It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter which shall remain open for consideration by the concerned respondent in his discretion, in its entirety.
