petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case
registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504,
307, 380 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4/5
of Explosive Substance Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the
petitioner that as per the first information
report itself, the bomb had not exploded and
there has been no injury in any form upon the
informant side or anybody. Due to the
previous enmity, it is submitted, the
petitioner has been implicated in this case.
Petitioner is stated to be in custody since
1.6.2009.
Having regard to the facts and
circumstances of the case, I direct the
petitioner, namely, Biltu Sahni to be
released on bail on his furnishing bond of
Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties

of the like amount each to the satisfaction
of C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in Ahiyapur P.S. Case
No.82 of 2003. One of the bailors must be
close relative or the family member of the
petitioner, who shall state on affidavit
before the court concerned, giving full
genealogy, as to how he is related with the
petitioner.
