For the reasons stated in the restoration application and the submissions advanced in support thereof, the same is allowed subject to payment of a sum of Rs. 250/- with the Patna High Court Legal Aid Committee within a period of 02 weeks. If the payment is made and receipt is filed within the stipulated time CR. Misc. No. 16888 of 2009 shall be restored to its original file and number.
