1. The instant writ petition in the nature of Habeas Corpus is

taken out by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:

"It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit this writ petition (criminal) in the nature of habeas corpus, issue Rule Nisi in calling upon the opposite parties to file show cause as to why a direction shall not be issued for registration of the F.I.R. of the petitioner under Annexure-1 rescued the daughter of the petitioner so as to cause production before this Hon’ble Court and handing over zima of her to the petitioner with immediate effect; and

If the Opposite Parties are fail to show cause or show their insufficient cause let this Hon’ble Court make the rule absolute and upon hearing of the parties direction may kindly be issued to the opposite parties to register the F.I.R. of the petitioner under Annexure-1 and rescued the daughter of the petitioner so as to cause production of her before this Hon’ble Court and handing over zima of her to the petitioner with immediate effect for the greater interest of justice."

2. Mr. Abhijit Mohanty, learned counsel appearing on behalf

of the petitioner files a memo in the Court today stating therein that the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the instant writ petition as he does not want anymore to press the same. The Said memo is taken on record.
