The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

“1. The petitioner therefore prays in the view of the

facts and grounds mentioned in para 1 to 5 and 5.1 to 5.5 of this petition that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this petition and to pass an appropriate order in favour of the petitioner to restore and reinstate and be allowed to continue her post as clerk in Barunsing Girl’s High School for ends interest of justice and to disengage Opp. Party No.5.

2. Pass such order(2)/direction(s) as would fit and proper in favour of the Petitioner. And for this act of kindness the Petitioner shall be duty bound every pray.”

Learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset contended that ventilating his grievance the Petitioner has already approached the concerned authorities by filing a representation as per Annexure-4 series. However, on perusal of the representation at Annexure-4 series it appears that the same were filed way back in the year 2017 and in the meantime several years have been passed. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submitted that despite the Petitioner approaching the Opposite Parties for redressal of his grievance on various occasions, the authorities have not addressed the grievance of the Petitioner. Being aggrieved by such inaction of the Opposite Parties, the Petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ representation.

Learned counsel for the State on the other hand contended that he has no specific instruction in the matter. However, taking into consideration the fact that the Petitioner has not approached

the competent authority for redressal of his grievance, he will have no objection in the event this Court grants liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Opposite Party No.1 for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law and within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for both sides, on a careful examination of the background facts, further taking into consideration the nature of the grievance involved in the present writ application, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the writ petition at the stage of admission by granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Opposite Party No.1 by filing a detailed representation within a period of three weeks from today along with all supporting documents. In such eventuality, the Opposite Party No.1 shall consider the grievance of the Petitioner in accordance with law and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner by passing a speaking and reasoned order within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The final decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within ten days thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
