show cause or showing insufficient cause, may be pleased to make the said RULE absolute by directing the opposite parties to refund the incorrect transfer/processed amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs) only dated 29.01.2025 from A/C No. 919010071418447 with Axis Bank, Rewa Branch, M.P to the petitioner's A/C No. 7151930003184 with H.D.F.C Bank, KIIT Campus Branch, Bhubaneswar within a stipulated time. And may pass any other order/orders/direction/directions be passed as deemed fit and proper.”

Regard being had to the facts and submission made, this Court is of the view that the prayer of the Petitioner is purely a matter of different forum, but the Petitioner has unnecessarily approached this Writ Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. However, the Petitioner is granted liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
