The petitioner has approached this Court with the following

“The petitioner therefore, prays that your lordships would be gracious enough to consider the above facts and circumstances admit the writ application, issue notice to the Opposite Parties under Rule Nisi to show cause as to why the order passed vide Annexure-3 should not be carried out by the O.P.No.3 and if the Opposite Parties fails to show cause or show insufficient cause, the said rule be made absolute by issuing appropriate writ/writs as this Hon’ble Court deem just fit and proper.

And pass any other order/orders direction/directions of this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper for the ends of justice.

And for which act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.”

It is his case that in the demarcation case filed by him being Demarcation Case No.107 of 2025 has not been able to be concluded for want of police assistance. Even though the local police has been requested, no assistance has been rendered.
