(a) Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the state opposite parties to make all necessary administrative and police arrangements for the peaceful and orderly conduct of the 'CHACHERl BHOGA KHIA' of Shri Shri Rameshwar Dev, Injanpur, from 27.02.2026 to 09.03.2026;

(b) Direct deployment of adequate police force during the said period to ensure maintenance of law and order and prevent obstruction by any private individual or group,

(c) Issue appropriate direction restraining any person from interfering with the movement of the deity and performance of established religious rituals;

(d) Pass such other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.

And for this act of kindness the petitioners shall as duty bound ever pray.”

In course of argument, Mr. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the matter has been resolved after a detailed discussion with the Managing Trustee of Shri Shri Rameshwar Dev,

Injanpur, namely, the Additional Tahasildar, Chilika with the villagers of the said village. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. He, however, submits that the Petitioners may be granted liberty to move this Court, if any, fresh cause of action arises.

A memo in support of his submission is filed in Court today, which is taken on record.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with an observation that the Petitioners may move the appropriate Authority for redressal of grievances in the event any fresh cause of action arises.
