Heard Mr.Pal, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr.Panigrahi, learned counsel for Opposite Parties 1 and 2-Bank. 2. Mr.B.Bhuyan, learned Senior Advocate appears for Opposite Party No.3, as per the notice served on him pursuant to the direction of this Court on 24^th February 2026.

It is submitted by Mr.Bhuyan, learned Senior Counsel that he has instructions to appear for EOW in connection with offences under the OPID Act and in the present case, offence under Section 420, IPC and other offences are involved.

It is the contention of the Petitioner that he received the amount from the alleged accused persons pursuant to a bona fide transaction and in this regard, a detail report has been submitted to the Superintendent of Police, EOW, CID, CB, Bhubaneswar at Annexure-2 by the Petitioner and the same is pending consideration.

Accordingly, upon hearing all the parties, the writ petition is disposed with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, EOW (Opposite Party No.3) to consider the prayer of the Petitioner made at Annexure-2 and take a decision, in accordance with law, within a period three weeks from date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. 6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
