Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Assailing issuance of notice dated 20.02.2025 issued to the Petitioner to show cause under Annexure-4 by the Executive Officer, Nimapara Notified Area Council-Opposite Party No.5, the present writ petition has been filed.

It is submitted that the show cause has been

filed on 21.04.2025. And, on instruction, it is submitted that though no decision has been taken pursuant to submission of such show cause, the Petitioner is being threatened with coercive action

on extraneous considerations. Hence, interference of this Court is being sought.

Learned AGA appearing for the State submits that the writ petition is ex-facie premature since on his own showing of the Petitioner no decision has been taken.

Considering the rival submission, the Opposite Party No.5- Executive Officer, Nimapara Notified Area council, Puri is called upon to take a decision considering the show cause at Annexure-5 within a period of four weeks hence from the date of receipt of the copy of the writ petition along with the copy of the order.
