“The petitioner therefore prays that your Lordship would be graciously pleased to admit this Writ petition, call for records, after hearing the parties issue writ/writs in the nature of certiorari/mandamus or any other writ/directions, quash the order of the Mines Manager, OMC Ltd., dated 31.12.2025 under annexure-1 and the consequential communication dated 15.01.2026 under annexure-2 and further direct to the opp. parties to permit the petitioner to use the

vehicle satisfying the requirement of the Motor Vehicle Act and Rules.”
2. Mr. Prasanta Kumar Satapathy, learned counsel appearing
on behalf of the petitioner files a memo in the Court today stating therein that since the petitioner is pursuing the remedy before the authority for redressal of his grievance, he does not want to press the
instant writ petition at this stage and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the same. The said memo is taken on record.
3. Leave is granted.
4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of as
withdrawn.
