Heard Mr. D.N. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. T.K. Dash, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Parties.

It is submitted by Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners are presently working as Regular Primary Teachers in different Government Primary Schools and they pray for ante-dating their regularization on completion of six years as Gana Sikshyaks. It is further submitted by Mr. Rath that, the grievance of the Petitioners is covered by the decision of this Court in Dhananjay Charan Dey and Others v. State of Odisha and Others, 2020 (II) ILR CUT 84 and upheld by Hon’ble Apex Court in SLP(C) No.13627 of 2021, disposed of on 25^th January, 2023; and further in another decision of this court in Bishnu Naik and Others v. State of Odisha and Others , W.A. No.524 of 2024, disposed of on 18^th March, 2025.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners that their representation at Annexure-14 is pending with the authorities and a direction for disposal of the same would serve the purpose.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of contentions of the Petitioners, with a direction to the Secretary to Government, School and Mass Education Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.1) to consider the grievance of the Petitioners as per their representation at Annexure-14, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decisions aforestated, if applicable, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.

An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
