1. Heard Mr. S. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. T.K. Dash, learned AGA for State-Opposite Parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners, who are teaching staff of Udaya Pratap Science Degree College, Sheragada, Ganjam that their claim for approval of their services against their respective posts and release of salary components as per Grant-in-aid Order, 1994, is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19^th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioners that their representation under Annexure-6 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of contentions of the petitioners, with a direction to the Director of Higher Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to
