It is submitted that present Petitioner is a wrestler in the category of under 14 years (Girls). Previously, she was allowed to participate in Inter School Sate level Wrestling event in the category of under 14 years (Girls). But for the present year, i.e. 2026, such category under 14 years (Girls) has been omitted in the notification dated 5^th September 2026

under Annexure-2. It is submitted that the event is starting from today

and the authorities may consider for inclusion of such category in the wresting event.

Accordingly, the Petitioner is permitted to submit a representation ventilating her grievances to the District Education Officer, Dhenkanal (Opposite Party No.5) within two day from today and in such event, Opposite Party No.5 shall consider the same, in accordance with law and giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner, within a period of three working days thereafter.
